Ok Bye now I am sure you are wondering what in the world could I be talking about. Well, now I will tell you. I am talking about the Judicial System in Texas and most of the other states in America. You know this so called "Land of the Free and Proud". And I might add "INNOCENT until Proven Guilty." Well that should read "Guilty Until Proven Innocent."
Lets setup the scenario, first you are arrested guilty or not you are arrested for a crime. I can't saywhetherr you committed this crime or not. Ok, now you are in jail. they not only take all your belongings from you and put them in a bag but they also make you remove all your clothes and you must wear what they tell you. By this time you have gotten your one and only phone call so make it a good one. I mean a DAMN good one. Now, after you have strippedin frontt of men or women , yes ladies this goes for you too (sexual discrimination isn't part of it), that you don't know and have never even seen before a day in your life, they hustle you into a cell with everyone else in the world. Now, remember that one phone call I told you about?? Well, this is why it has to be a DAMN good call. The person you get to call has to come and bail you out of jail. Now your bond could be anything that they set. And so thePyramidd Scheme begins.
You have to pay the jail some huge friggin chunk of change just so that you can get out into the real world one again. But it doesn't stop there. Hell no it doesn't. It has only just begun. Now you have to go out and get an attourney unless you are one of those really fortuneate people that thinks you can go through this whole scheme alone. Well, let me be the first to tell you that it is impossable to do. They will jerk you around and tear you apart by the limbs if you do. Back to the attourney part. You go out and get yourself an attourney and you think ok all will be set. Now is where your path can take one of two roads. You really are guilty or you are not guilty. But your attourney will beleive anything that you tell him. That is his job. So you pay him the really big bucks to defend you and he does what he thinks is best.
Ok now you start all the court shit and trust me everytime you go to court that attourney you hired is in on the scheme, the attourney's, D.A's, and the judges are all in one this scheme that you hope will protect your innocence, and it costs you a fortune just to maintain your right to life. Well eventually you will be found either guilty or innocent. If you are found innocent HURRAY for you, you beat the scheme and the system. If you are guily and still found innocent you are the one person out there that trully knows about this whiole plan and you played by there rules and won the game. You may now continue with your life as if nothing matters. Ecept for that job you lost, maybe the wife and kids left you too. Which I hope didn't happen.
Lets say you are found guilty. Whether you are trully innocent or not, you are found guilty. Now they start to look at your record. Hope you have a clean one that way you will only get a slap on the wrist. But, don't give out on me yet. We still have plenty to cover. The judge then starts to find every possible way to milk your wallet for everything. I sure hope you can milk a dollar out of a penny because you sure as hell will need to know how to do this. They have every possible friggin way to take your ass to the cleaners. Classes @anywhere from 15$-85$ a pop and most of the class are 4-35 weeks long, probation @ 1$-50$ a friggin pop, Community Service which could be as many hours as the judge thinks he wants to give you which means you have to take off work bust your ass for free and not get a damn thing out of it, then that friggin crime stopper fee that benifits no one but the buracrats that founded this shit, and lastly the damn court costs that could be anything from 1$-anything that they want to take you for.
Well, by now they have not only screwed you out of everything you own, they are taking you to the cleaners by giving you all this damn shit you have to do to and pay for to make you a better member of socioty. Which they couldn't give a shit less about you all they want is there damn money and pay check on Friday which you pay with your taxes anyways. So you do what you are told and you pay all your court costs and you pay the probation officer like you should, you go to all them damn classes and pay them some money, do all that community service and bust your ass for free, now the time comes that you are almost complete with all the shit they throw at you. So lets say you lost your job thru all of this and can't find work because everyone and there damn dog wants to check your background and see that you are on probation. So now you are out of work and can't even get a damn job. Do they care HELL NO. They say that part of your probatio is to be working.
So you go talk to your probation officer and tell him that you couldn't do one of the classes because you didn't have the money, and ask for help. What are they thinking in their mind?? 1)This person here does not care about the probation or 2)This is our GOLDEN EGG and we can screw him out of even more cash. Well, I will tell you what they are thinking. They are they thinking both. So they send you back downtown to talk to the judge and make you ask for an extention on your probation so that you can complete all they they want you to and get off probation. Better hope that judge doesn't have a crab up his ass so you will get the beautiful extention. But if he does then you are SCREWED. All that previous time and money you have already shelled out has gone to waste. YOUR GOING TO JAIL. So not only have you been screwed out of thousands of dollars you are still going to have to spend the jail time that you were sentanced way back in the past when your were put on probation.
Lets say you were luck and the judge you go before got a peice of ass over lunch and he is in a good mood. You go before the judge and tell him why you couldn't do what you were told but, does he care HELL NO. He only wants to know why you didn't do what you were told. And by my guess the only excuse that will work is that you fell into a deep ass friggin cave and it took you years to find your way out and you do have a witness because they were with you. You get that extention you were begging for and now you have to go through all that shit once again. By this time, that little crime you were arrested for is now many years old, and you don't even remember all the damn details. So why bother you say. Take the jail sentance and get it over with. Well I will tell. You are that one american out of all of us that wants that clean record so you can get that big office in the sky and make the big bucks so you can accomplish the American dream. The judge then tells you that you have to complete all the shit from the previous time you were there and now, go figure you have to do more shit that they tell you.
They tell you to complete that one class that you couldn't get to and also now you have more friggin classes and more comunity serivce and wait more visits to the probation officer that you can't stand anyways. All they care about is whether they are going to get a peice of ass that night and if their pay check will be there on Friday when they get home. So you go through and tell them what they want to hear and do waht they tell you to do and then finally if the gods are with you you finally get off probation and keep that clean record you have worked so hard to obtain. UNLESS.......they fiind someother damn way to screw you out of more damn money.
